Our team was amazed, at how addiction to the new technology was affecting marriages. For eg After the marriage I have learnt, built up & trained myself to have patience to wait for my spouse to finish the call or text messaging, FB etc. I love an conversation face-to-face. But the truth is we run out of words.

Due to Gadget many couples suffer from hurt, pain, rejection, stress depression, overthinking & loneliness.Couples have become insensitive &  silly or selfish when it comes to gadgets.

Spouse have expectations & react on small issues, but a gadget will not expect the same from you. so you are comfortably driven & have become a robot knowing or unknowing (your feelings n emotions have started to fade).Strain & Stress on your mind has increased, due to working hours have increased ( working from your smartphones)

Technology is not bad—it helps us to connect with people & network. The problem is that we don’t love our self & don’t consider our partner. It’s as if they are married to Gadgets .

Helpful tips ( hope you will follow) & and highlighting points you will benefit:  Avoid using gadget while having a meal & have some normal talk, keep your phones on flight mode not on silent. While Gym or Exercise don’t carry your phone, it can be distracting.Leave your gadgets at home or in car while short outings.Important conversation do it in person to avoid miss communication, wrong expressions & smileys etc.” AVOID

Fix your mind at your relationship is your priority. Affairs, chatting, pouring out your heart to others, seeking online attention, faking your reality, false image have no meaning, its dangerous, risky, immaturity & wasting your time.

Note: Gadget based relationship will cause you identity crises, suicidal tendency, lack of connect with real life & human relationships, rewires your brain & reduces the power to concentrate on particular topic. Lights of gadgets causes aging & sleeplessness.

Internet ref: The technology is evolving so quickly that most of us are barely aware of how our behavior is changing and our relationships are affected. As one reader wrote after I wrote about this issue a few years ago, “These mobile devices can take over your life.” Another said, “I understand tec”Although it may seem surprising that a Facebook profile, a relatively small factor compared to other drivers of human behavior, could have a significant statistical relationship with divorce rates and marital satisfaction, it nonetheless seems to be the case,” the authors wrote. The state analyses found that a 20 percent annual increase in Facebook enrollment was associated with anywhere from a 2.18 percent to a 4.32 percent increase in divorce rates depending on the model used. Similarly, the model from individual survey results predicts that someone who does not use social media is over 11 percent happier in his or her marriage than a heavy social media user.”Although it may seem surprising that a Facebook profile, a relatively small factor compared to other drivers of human behavior, could have a significant statistical relationship with divorce rates and marital satisfaction, it nonetheless seems to be the case,” the authors wrote. The state analyses found that a 20 percent annual increase in Facebook enrollment was associated with anywhere from a 2.18 percent to a 4.32 percent increase in divorce rates depending on the model used.
